DISPATCH
Orders that fit in a letterbox package are delivered by DPD. You'll receive confirmation when your package is on its way and when you can expect it.
After you place your order, we will do everything we can to ship it as soon as possible, usually within 2 working days.
FREE SHIPPING
For orders over €60,- within the Netherlands, shipping is free.
POSTAGE COSTS
Shipping costs will be automatically added during the ordering process.
RETURNS
Our goal is to offer you the best possible care products. Not what you expected? You can return our products within 30 days.
- You can return products within 30 days, only the shipping costs are at your expense.
- The 30-day period starts on the first day after you receive your order.
- We like to make someone else happy with the products, so the item must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- If the item is not in its original condition or appears to have been used, we cannot process the return.
- Please send an email to info@laveos.com stating your order number and the product(s) you wish to return.
- Please include your details in a short note with your return shipment and place it in the original shipping box along with the items you wish to return.
