SHIPPING

We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. In most cases, we ship within 2 business days.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

We work with various shipping partners (such as DHL, UPS, and PostNL), depending on the destination and the type of order. This ensures we always choose the shipping option that best suits your order.

Delivery time depends on the destination. Within the Netherlands, your order is usually delivered within 1–2 business days. International orders can take several days to approximately 1–2 weeks.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide.

Are you ordering from outside Europe? Please note that import duties, VAT, or other import costs may apply. These costs are not prepaid by Laveos and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We have no influence over any delays by the carrier or customs.

RETURNS

Of course, we hope you are happy with your order. If it's not quite what you expected, you can return your order within 30 days.

* Return shipping costs are at your own expense
* The return period starts the day after receipt
* Products must be unused and in their original packaging

If a product appears used or is no longer in a salable condition, we unfortunately cannot process the return.

HOW TO RETURN?

Send an email to info@laveos.com with your order number and the products you wish to return.

Add a short note with your details to the package and carefully pack the products, preferably in the original shipping box.

Once we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Please keep your proof of shipment safe until your return has been fully processed.

If a package is not accepted or not picked up and is returned to us, the incurred shipping costs may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
